Our test 2024 Kia Carnival was able to absorb most road imperfections, but a few poor stretches of the highway caused our van to shudder significantly more than others we’ve driven on the same route. This MPV is not as smooth or car-like as some of its competitors. The climate control system effectively heats and cools the compartment, but its touch-sensitive controls lack haptic feedback, making them cumbersome to operate while in motion.
Infotainment and Connectivity
Dual 12.3-inch displays that span two-thirds of the 2024 Kia Carnival dashboard are available as an alternative to the standard 8.0-inch infotainment screen, with one functioning as a digital gauge display and the other as an infotainment screen. Android Auto and Apple CarPlay are both standard. Up to nine USB devices are available onboard the 2024 Kia Carnival.
